Our Cousin Brad, windowed our canola for us in early November. The third photo is 2 different pods at two different stages of drying. The green one is when it hasnt dried yet and the canola seeds are still green. The Brown pod is very dry and the seeds in the pod are brown. We harvest canola when it is all dry and mositure content is right. The video is of the windrower cutting the canola to make rows which can make harvesting it easier.
We have since harvested this crop at the end of November by a contractor from Tasmania, "Langmaid Harvesting" It was harvested when the moisture level was in the range that it needs to be in and was sent of to a grain company in the area.
