Winter pruning

This week we have started to prune the tops of our trees. We do this using a cherry picker to get us up to the tops of the trees. We also use electric pruners which are much easier to use then manual pruners. We have to prune our trees so they don’t get out of control and we can somewhat control the potential amount of fruit that the trees produce.
