As harvest season is over, we are doing lots of different jobs. Catching up on jobs that we didn't get to do during harvest and doing the jobs that need doing in the orchard such as pruning. We are starting off with our young trees which get pruned heavily as we want the tree to focus on its structure rather than producing fruit.
