Mulching the orchard and preparing for new trees

This week we are preparing for new trees to arrive. We do this by mulching the rows where the trees will be planted. This is to retain moisture in the soil, helps with weed control and for the overall health of the soil.

We also do with the whole orchard not just for the preparation of new trees.
