This week we are seeing small flower buds within the new growth on the trees . Each tree has a different amount of buds - some have less or some have more. The fruit load from the previous year can have an effect on the amount of flower buds in this season. If there was a heavy fruit load the previous season the trees usually produce less the new season and vice versa.
